I love the date! Children´s day makes me think that my parents have done the right thing. What I am now has probably lots to do with what they taught me and gave me at that time.
I was one of those happy children who had love, attention, protection, support, stories that were read to me in bed, songs to put me to sleep, brothers who made me company and played with me all day long...
As I only had brothers, I was the kind of naughty girl who would accept to be part of a soccer team, who would play basketball, handball, baseball, I would go to all wild and scary roller-coasters because all I wished was to be close to my brothers. I wanted them to be proud of me and think to themselves: "wow, my sister is wicked"!
And my childhood was exactly like that: full of adventures, games, nice stories, friendship, fun, loyalty, laughter, endless love... Plenty of happy memories. :o)
So, this is me some years and years ago... Looking pretty much the same, right? hehe

And you know what? I was an "adventure" girl too!! I always loved to play soccer and hockey with my brother and his friends... And always was the only girl playing with them! =))
Childhood is really a great part of life, isn't it??

So were you an adventurous type of sister too?
I´ve done so many things, Mari, I was so daring in the past! I nearly got hurt on a skateboard because of this idea of following my brothers... I also remember I took roller skating classes with a teacher just to learn wild moves (I wanted to jump, roller skate backwards...). I had a bodyboard as well, can you believe it?
It´s kind of funny to remember all these things.
I guess this period was important to give me courage to do what came after: skydiving, skiing, snowboarding, diving, ice skating, paragliding, surfing...
