I came across a very special postcard when I was trying to organize the big colored box where I keep some things that I brought from Australia.
There are hundreds of memories inside that box: letters from friends/family/colleagues who studied with me, a card from a neighbor who sent me flowers on the day we had an argument, b´day cards, Xmas cards, love letters in English, love letters in German (that´s a looooong story...), pictures, some cute gifts that I received from people, my personal notes in Malaysian and Thai (I really liked the idea of knowing a few words or phrases in the language of the country I was going to visit), notes in Japanese because of my Japanese friends (of course!), a German pocket book as I needed to understand those love letters better...
Well, tons of things that surely made me feel very nostalgic... And they made me laugh too! :oP
Anyway, as I was saying in the very beginning, I found a postcard in that treasured possession of mine which is being kept in my wardrobe until now. It´s lovely and I hope you like it as much as I do!

Uau...This is a very beautiful life lesson!

Darling Drê,
ReplyDeleteI love this postcard and its message too! It´s uplifting, right?
I found another one inside the box that is part of the same collection... It´s called "Joy" and I may use it in the future. ;o)
But "Chance" is my favorite! I´m glad you liked it!
Lots of love,
Biazinha
Very nice! And we should also keep in mind that WE can change people's lives. Sometimes one single word can make all the difference! Love, Carol
ReplyDeleteSo true...
ReplyDeleteDear Carolyne,
ReplyDeleteExactly!!! I couldn´t agree more!
Words of wisdom, sweetie! Thanks for your contribution!
XOXO
Sitooooooooooooooo,
ReplyDeleteDon´t do that to me! I may easily pass out or even pass away...! hehe
I´m astonished, in a good way, to read your comment here. And in English! Wow, do I deserve that much?
Come and visit me at any time, beloved Sito. I mean it: at ANY time!
X
I Hope my love letters are still in that box.
ReplyDeleteSTAN
My Stan,
ReplyDeleteHow could I forget you and our stories? That´s sth very unlikely to happen, don´t you think?
Those love letters are still kept in the box but, frankly speaking, everything is imprinted on my mind.
You mean a lot to me. You´ve ALWAYS meant a lot to me. And I´ll NEVER ever let those memories be erased.
Yours,
Bia
Biazinha, you deserve that much. And a little bit more. And more, and more... hehehe!
ReplyDeleteDearest Sito,
ReplyDeleteIt´s very kind of you to say that. Very! :o)
Cheers!
